Iceland: Budir Black Church

Located on the south coast of Iceland’s Snæfellsnes peninsula, there’s a village with only a hotel and a tiny black church called the Búðakirkja. This location has been a favorite of many photographers like me. I’ve photographed this black church from many different angles and each angle of composition creates a unique image.

You haven’t seen the beauty of Budapest until you see it from the Danube River at night. The Hungarian Parliament Building is a notable landmark of Hungary. It is also the third-largest parliament building in the world, lights up the whole city at night with its gorgeous neo-Gothic building.

In March 2020, New York City went on full lockdown as the surge in Coronavirus infections around New York City keeps on spiking in numbers. I witnessed how this iconic city and one of the busiest metropolitan cities in the world paused for a few days as New Yorkers battle the virus. The following images froze a moment in history that tells the story of this city during the Coronavirus lockdown. When the day comes when we return to our normal lives, the lights of this city will once again inspire us. But for now, Stay Strong, New York.
